We’ve been streaming meetings for years, but the demand for them are higher than ever due to COVID-19. Streaming your meeting, seminar or lecture doesn’t have to be difficult and we’ll be involved however much you want. We can also make the event either 100% streamed or a combination of streaming and physical attendance.
We work with partners that can take care of the whole thing for you: recording and live streaming with top modern technology in central Stockholm. They can also adjust to your needs, regardless of how many viewers you have.
We work in Bond, Dome and Turbine. These locations work best for business presentations and lectures, amongst other things. We can arrange different types of sitting plans depending on whether you have a panel or are a sole lecturer, whether you want a fully furnished room or simply a table for the lecturer to stand and present at.

Helio is actively working to prevent the spread of the virus. These are some of the precautions we are taking:
- Anyone with the slightest symptom of sickness stays at home. This goes for both visitors and staff.
- Daily cleaning and extra wiping of all surfaces that are touched, such as door handles, buttons and coffee machines.
- Physical distancing between visitors as a routine.
