Here’s how it works: If you refer “Example Company AB” and they move into a studio for 30,000 SEK, they’ll receive a 3000 SEK discount on their monthly rent for six months.   • This offer does not include short-term rentals or meeting rooms and only applies to the leasing of units within a Helio facility.
  • Sister companies, corporate units, and companies with shared management are not eligible for this offer.
  • The reward will be given three months after the referred company becomes a member, and the referred company must still be a member at that time.
  • The reward, as stated on this webpage, can only be provided as a credit toward the membership fee at Helio, not as a cash payment.
  • Helio reserves the right to revoke the referral program and/or update the terms and conditions at any time.
