Johan is the founder of Sweden Foodtech. In his new book, Flat Earth Food: A Copernican Shift in How We Grow, Eat and Heal, he challenges the way we think about agriculture, food, health, and the economy. Rather than viewing these as separate systems, he argues that we must understand the profound connections between healthy soil, nutrient-dense food, human health, and economic value. He proposes a shift in perspective: moving away from a focus on short-term production and efficiency toward a system that values living systems and the relationships between them.
