Our offices have shorter contracts than traditional offices, and are perfect if you’re unsure whether you will grow or shrink in the coming years. Here, you can rent a flexible office with just a 3-month notice period, and most people add or remove space as they grow. Since our offices are located in several places in Stockholm, you can move your office – or just work from another location for a day.
All our different offices also have meeting rooms for rent and a reception, so you can receive your customers in a professional manner. If you have a flexible office with us, you get login access to our app and can easily book rooms per hour. Our smaller rooms cost only 99 SEK/hour, so it’s quick and easy. What does it cost to rent a flexible office?
Traditional offices often have a price per square meter, but our flexible offices in Stockholm instead have a per-person price. For example, if you have a room of 22 square meters, you also have access to 1000 m2 with various lounges, workstations, meeting rooms, desks, and much more, making it considerably more flexible.
Offices in Stockholm normally cost 5-10000 SEK per m2 per year, which means that it costs between 50,000 – 100,000 SEK in office expenses per person in a traditional office. Many companies save money by terminating their old lease and moving into a Helio flexible office instead.
