During Learn @ Lunch February 14th, the team behind #Metoo- Now what ?! will give you a crash course on how this can be done. One effect of the movement is that gender equality and diversity has now gone from being a societal issue to becoming a management issue. Most companies and organizations now need to revitalize and strengthen their efforts to become equal, and businesses who take the issue seriously will have a competitive advantage in the future.
