Olof Berensson is an organizational psychologist and works with the development of organizations, groups and leaders. Olof has a background as a licensed psychologist, civil engineer and UGL supervisor. Olof has worked a lot with developing effective collaborations in project organizations and has experience from over 200 projects. In addition to this, Olof has competed at elite level in catamaran racing and windfoiling and also coached sailors at national team level.
Olof will talk about his work as an organizational psychologist, give an introduction to some basic organizational psychology models, as well as some keys to creating efficiency in project groups and temporary collaborative constellations.
