We’re happy, proud and somewhat over-excited about opening in Signalfabriken in Sundbyberg. In the middle of this meeting point, we’ve found amazing locations and tweaked each and every corner to create amazing offices, lounges and conference rooms. There’s room for over 250 members at this location, with conference rooms that encourage creative flow and there’ll be a café that’s open to the public.
We want each new office to be unique to its location, and at this location, we’ve created a special concept with architect firm Kaka Arkitekter and dug deep into Sundbyberg’s history. We call it Drömfabriken (The Dream Factory), and it plays with rough industrialism in contrast with warm comfort. We’ve brought part of the chocolate factory Marabou’s story into the office, with a chocolate-themed color scheme throughout the place, highlighted with pastels inspired by Sundbyberg’s quirky buildings. If you’re interested in a coworking space here, reach out to us on info@helio.se. Members have already signed up, so make sure to sign up soon and take our pick of the offices!
“When planning to open a new location, Sundbyberg checked all our boxes. It’s a fast-growing area with plenty of small creative businesses and perfect public transport communications, so members can leave the car at home. We aspire to create people-friendly offices and we want to create a meeting point for entrepreneurs in Solna in Sundbyberg, says Patrik Åström, CEO of Helio. At this location, we’ve built many features we’ve dreamed about for a long time: a specially designed room for video conferences, 3D-printed reusable furniture and a brand-new plant-based café.”
