You can combine dinner with your own playlist — and if you’d like a DJ by the bar later in the evening, we can of course arrange that too.
We take care of everything around your booking, from the welcome drink until the last guest has gone home. Our team has several decades of combined experience in the kitchen and dining room, so you can count on us!

Ruben Restaurant is a neighborhood restaurant with a warm, international feel and spaces for both dinners and larger events.
The restaurant is perfect for groups of around 20 to 100 people — whether you’re planning a corporate dinner, launch, after-work event, or private party.
For longer programs, Ruben can also be combined with meeting and event spaces in the building for events that continue into the evening, presentations, and mingling.
Ruben can be booked from 16.00 on weekdays, and around the clock on weekends and public holidays.
We are licensed until 01.00, with the possibility of extending until 03.00.

We’re on site every weekday and happy to help with everything from setup and menu to technology, guest flow, and how you want the evening to feel.
At Ruben, you’ll find all the technology you need for a really great evening. The restaurant is equipped with a sound system for both speeches and music. The technology is of course included when you book Ruben for an event or dinner.
We have a full serving license, so it is not possible to bring your own drinks. If you have a beverage sponsor, we can usually find a solution — talk to us!
