Where is Helio Slussen located and how do I get there?
You’ll find us at Peter Myndes Backe 16, right by Slussen on Södermalm. Buses stop just outside the entrance, and the metro is only a two-minute walk away.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs or people with disabilities?
Of course – the building is fully accessible. If you have specific needs or questions, just reach out to us at info@helio.se.
Is there a café or restaurant in the building?
Yes! On the ground floor you’ll find our own Café Gro, open to both members and visitors – perfect for lunch, coffee, or an after-work drink.
Can I record a podcast or use a studio at Slussen?
Absolutely – we have podcast studios and recording facilities in the building. Perfect for podcasts, interviews, or live broadcasts.
Meetings & Events
I’m not a member – can I book meeting rooms or event spaces at Slussen?
Absolutely! At Helio Slussen, both members and external companies can book meeting rooms, event venues, and our rooftop terrace for workshops, launches, seminars, or mingling. Check out the rooms above on this page.
How large are the event spaces at Helio Slussen?
Our event areas hold up to around 100 people depending on setup. You can also combine the spaces with our rooftop terrace or café for larger gatherings.
What kind of technical equipment is available in the meeting rooms?
All meeting rooms come with screens, audio systems, whiteboards, and high-speed WiFi. We’re happy to arrange catering, extra tech, or staff if needed.
Can I host events in the evenings or on weekends?
Yes, absolutely. The spaces are often used for evening events, product launches, after works, and weekend gatherings. We can help with staff, bar, lighting, sound, and event planning.

What makes the Slussen location special?
Helio Slussen is housed in the iconic building Rymden, designed with creativity and wellbeing in mind. It combines coworking, café, rooftop terrace, and event spaces in one of Stockholm’s most vibrant hubs.
What’s included in a Helio Slussen membership?
As a member, you get access to offices, lounges, gym with PT classes, meeting rooms, focus zones, phone booths, café, and rooftop terrace. WiFi, coffee and tea, weekly breakfasts, community activities, and access to all Helio locations in Stockholm are included.
Which membership levels are available?
You can choose between Open (flex desk), Fix (dedicated desk), or Studio (private office). Each option offers a different balance of freedom, privacy, and services depending on how you and your team work.
Can I bring my dog to Helio Slussen?
Yes – we love dogs! As long as they’re well-behaved and comfortable around other members and dogs, they’re more than welcome.
