March 18 at Bond, GT30
What makes some teams work?
Not on paper, but in everyday work. In meetings. In decisions. In what happens when things get tough.
On March 18, we gather at Bond at GT30 for a Helio Sessions event about leadership, team development, and vulnerability. An evening for those who want to understand what truly strengthens a team — and how to build a culture where people both thrive and perform.
This is not a classic lecture where a manager attends alone and brings back a few notes. The idea is the opposite. That you go together. When an entire team shares the same insights, language, and references, something different happens. The conversations become deeper. Change happens faster. The impact lasts longer.
During the evening, three voices in leadership and team development will share their best tools and experiences. It’s about clarity. Trust. Psychological safety. And how to turn good intentions into concrete action in everyday work.
During the evening, you will meet three speakers with different perspectives on what makes teams work. Annika shares insights on human relationships and offers concrete tools for strengthening collaboration and creating a work environment where people grow. Christer Olsson, one of Sweden’s most sought-after speakers, brings warmth, energy, and wisdom on leadership and communication — always grounded in common sense and practical application. Towe Engström, with eight years of experience as a restaurant manager at MAX, has led large teams and knows what it takes to build self-driven, motivated groups that deliver together.
Sparkling drinks, snacks, and fika will be served. An after-work with substance, where the conversations continue even after the program ends.
