Welcome to Ateljén, a former dairy shop from 1912 transformed into a creative event space. Behind the large windows facing the pedestrian street Gamla Brogatan, we have hosted everything from product launches and exhibitions to mingling events. Designed by CJ Studio with wood paneling, art, and carefully selected vintage furniture, the venue accommodates up to 120 people in the heart of Stockholm.

What makes Ateljén unique?

Ateljén is located in a former dairy shop in the heart of the historic Klarakvarteren district, with direct access from the pedestrian street. Today, it is a popular venue for launches, exhibitions, mingling events, and corporate events.

The venue is ideal for 30–120 people, with large windows facing Gamla Brogatan and an atmosphere that feels more like a creative studio than an event venue.

When can you book Ateljén?

Ateljén can be booked from 16.00 on weekdays and around the clock on weekends and public holidays. Perfect for everything from afternoon launches and exhibitions to mingling, dinners, and evening events right in the city center.

How late can you stay?

We can take care of you until 01.00.

How do I book a viewing or request a quote?

Talk to us! You are more than welcome to stop by and experience Ateljén in person. The venue is used as a coworking space during the day, so there is almost always someone here who can show you around and answer your questions.

What kind of sound system and technology are available in the venue?

A BOSE sound system is available and included when you book Ateljén.

Is it possible to bring your own drinks or food?

Just like a restaurant, we have a serving license, which means you cannot bring your own drinks. However, if you are working with a producer, sponsor, or beverage partner, we can usually work something out together.

Is online booking available?

Give us a call or send us an email and we’ll be happy to help. We’re on site every weekday between 08.00 and 17.00 and usually respond much faster than most.

Flemingska Salen

17th century meets Italian vintage

Let us introduce Flemingska Salen! In our eclectic 17th-century palace, you’ll find one of Stockholm’s most distinctive event venues. The view of the Royal Palace, Grand Hôtel, Nationalmuseum, and Skeppsholmen may be the first thing you notice when you walk in. Then comes the eclectic mix of Italian 70s vintage, gold leaf, and stucco. The venue is flexible, with two halls that can be opened up to accommodate up to 150 people.

Signalfabriken is a former factory with five-meter-high ceilings, large windows, and its own bar. Here on the rooftop terrace at the very top of the building, you get at least a little closer to the stars! Yttre Rymden is a perfect spot for an event or mingling and works for up to 100 guests. The terrace overlooks Södermalm’s hills and rooftops, and from one end you can also watch the Viking Line ferries arriving for the night.

Restaurang Ruben

Reserve your own private restaurant!

In the restaurant district between Jakobsbergsgatan and Malmskillnadsgatan, you’ll find Restaurant Ruben, available for private hire. Perfect for 25 friends for an intimate dinner or 100 colleagues for a grand mingling event. The menu is inspired by the Mediterranean, North Africa, and Asia, with an experienced team from Nybrogatan 38 and Allegrine behind the scenes.

Our courtyard at GT30 is a beautifully lush space just a stone’s throw from Stureplan. It can accommodate up to 200 people, there is weather protection when the forecast gets it wrong, and we have our own restaurant and cocktail bar in the building.

Skofabriken Hornstull

A unique factory from 1890

We’ve hosted film festivals, product launches, parties, and breakfast events here — it’s a multi-purpose venue where we can do just about anything. There’s a large bar, a sound system, and you can even drive a food truck into the courtyard right outside the entrance. Capacity for 150 standing guests or 72 seated for dinner.

The venue is located in a former dairy shop and over the years has been home to both creative businesses and the legendary jeans store Jeans-Uno. With 220 square meters, there is plenty of space for up to 120 people.
