Absolutely! At Helio Hornstull, you’ll find several popular meeting rooms and event spaces available for both members and external companies. Everything from smaller meetings to large events, product launches, and evening gatherings.

Skofabriken is our main event venue – a renovated shoe factory from the 1890s, now transformed into a vibrant industrial space for events. With high ceilings, large windows, and raw materials, it’s a place full of character right in the heart of Hornstull.

Skofabriken can host up to around 150 guests for standing receptions and about 70 seated. The courtyard can be combined with the bar and lounge for larger gatherings.

All meeting rooms are equipped with a screen, sound system, whiteboard, and fast WiFi. You can also order coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, or after work catering from our chefs and partners.

Definitely. The spaces are often used for evening events, film screenings, concerts, and company parties. We can help with bar service, lighting, sound, and event staff.

As a member, you get access to open lounges, meeting rooms, focus areas, phone booths, kitchens, and a beautiful courtyard. Your membership also includes coffee and tea, WiFi, weekly breakfast, community events, and the option to work from any other Helio location in Stockholm.

You can choose between Open (flex desk), Fix (your own desk), and Studio (private office). Each level offers different benefits depending on how you like to work – from focused solo days to teamwork and collaboration.

Yes, we love dogs! As long as your dog is calm, house-trained, and comfortable around people and other dogs, they’re more than welcome.

Our memberships come with a three-month notice period. For private studios or offices, we can offer longer agreements depending on what suits your business best.
