Where is Helio Sundbyberg located?
You’ll find Helio Sundbyberg at Sundbybergs Torg 1 in Signalfabriken – a former industrial building that’s now a modern workspace in the very heart of Sundbyberg.
Do you have a café or restaurant in the building?
Yes – we have our own Café Gro, and there are plenty of great spots in the area such as Public, Pintxos and Hawaiian Poké. We’re also happy to arrange catering for meetings or events.
Is the building accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, the building is equipped with elevators and accessible facilities. Please contact us in advance if you have any specific needs.
How’s the public transport and parking?
Sundbyberg is one of Stockholm’s best transport hubs, with metro, commuter trains, light rail and long-distance trains all in the same place. Parking garages are available in and around Signalfabriken.
What’s nearby?
Around Helio you’ll find ICA, SATS and plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops – everything you need within a few minutes’ walk.
Is Helio Sundbyberg suitable for commuters?
Yes, thanks to its central location and all modes of public transport in one place, it’s one of Stockholm’s most accessible workplaces for commuters.
Can I work from Helio Sundbyberg without being a member?
If you’re not a member, you’re welcome to drop by our café on weekdays – order a coffee, sit down, and get some work done in a great atmosphere.

Can non-members book meeting rooms or event spaces?
Yes, both members and external companies can book our meeting rooms and spaces for workshops, client meetings and team events.
How large events can you host?
Our largest spaces hold up to around 120 guests for mingling, depending on layout. For smaller groups there are several rooms for 6–60 people.
What kind of technology is available in the meeting rooms?
All meeting rooms are equipped with screens, modern AV technology with cameras and high-speed WiFi. We’re happy to assist if you need extra equipment.
Can I host evening events or after-works?
Absolutely. The spaces are often used for after-works, receptions and company events. We’re happy to help with planning, catering and staff.

Yes, well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome as long as they’re comfortable around people and other dogs.

Most memberships come with a three-month notice period. For private studios or offices, we can offer longer agreements based on your needs.
