Yes, there’s a garage in the building with direct elevator access – including charging stations and regular spots. Demand is high, but as a member you get priority in the parking queue.

All meeting rooms at GT30 come fully equipped with screens, audio systems, whiteboards, and fast WiFi. You can also add breakfast, lunch, fika or after work from our in-house chefs. The spaces range from small creative rooms to podcast and livestream studios, and larger lounges for workshops and presentations. Meeting rooms can be booked by both members and external companies.

Yes, several of our spaces can be booked for events – everything from breakfast seminars and board meetings to evening events, launches, and receptions. Lounges, bar, and courtyard can be combined with catering and technical support, and our team can help with planning and staff if you need it.

Yes – we have fully equipped podcast and content studios that members and external guests can book by the hour or day.

As a member at Helio GT30, you have access to all shared areas in the building – including lounges, focus zones, café, meeting rooms, and phone booths. You can choose between a flexible desk (Open), a fixed desk (Fix), or your own private studio or office. All levels include WiFi, coffee and tea, weekly breakfast, reception service, printing, community events, and the ability to work from all other Helio locations in Stockholm and Malmö. In short, it’s a complete office subscription – with more flexibility and social perks than a traditional office.

Of course – we love dogs! As long as your dog is house-trained and respectful toward other members (and dogs), your four-legged friend is very welcome.

We offer Open (shared workspace), Fix (dedicated desk with storage), and Studio (private furnished office) for 2–20 people. You’ll find the current price list further up on this page.

You can book a trial day with a tour if you’re interested in becoming a member, and after that we offer 3-month memberships. We don’t work with day passes or part-time memberships, as that would make it harder to maintain the same quality and sense of community on site.

Our standard notice period for memberships is three months. For private studios or offices, we offer both shorter and longer contracts depending on your needs. We tailor your agreement around how your business evolves – if you grow, we add more space; if you scale down, we find a smoother setup.

Definitely! As a Helio member, you have full access to the gym and can train as much as you like. We also run weekly sessions with our personal trainer – included in your membership. Changing rooms and a sauna are available too.

Cycling is something we’re passionate about at Helio, so we’ve set up a great bike room with hanging racks. There’s also a repair station, pump, and showers and changing facilities right next to it.
